She is fierce and independent,

But also nurturing and protective,

She is… Artemis

Goddess of the Hunt and the Moon, Artemis was one of the most respected of all the Greek goddesses. She was fiercely independent, and refused to conform to conventional norms, choosing to protect her freedom at all costs and never allowing herself to depend on men or yield to love.

Artemis was also known as the Goddess of wild animals, the wilderness, childbirth and virginity. Artemis had a certain duality about her, both lover of animals and the serenity found in nature, but also destroyer, roaming about and hunting in the wilderness. She was also a significant figure in the lives of many women and worshipped by many, as the protector of chastity and nurturer of the young.

Named after Artemis, the Goddess of the Hunt and the Moon, this lash is the perfect addition to elevate your everyday make-up look. The lash is fuller in the centre and shorter on the ends, with just the right amount of fluffy for that effortless twinkle in your eyes!

Channel your inner goddess...
with Cupid's very first mink lash collection, Goddess Energy!

This special collection pays homage to our cheeky little mascot, Cupid’s roots in classical Greek mythology, with each lash named after a notable Greek Goddess.

Carefully curated to feature a range of gorgeous lashes that are super wispy and light, this collection includes both doll and cat-eye lash styles and ranges from light to full volume.

Made with ethically-sourced mink hairs and an invisible band to cater for all eye shapes, these lashes are bound to fulfil all your lash goals and dreams!

Step 1: Measure the lash against your natural lash line and trim any excess from the outer end. (Trimming from the outer end ensures that you don't lose any details of the lash!)

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of lash glue to the lash band and wait for the glue to become tacky. (This generally takes around 20-30 seconds.)

Step 3: Place the lash first on the centre of your lash line, as close to your natural lash line as possible, then adjust the inner and outer ends.

Step 4: Press the lashes against your natural lashes, and you're all set!

Pro tip: You can go in with your eyelash curler for some extra drama! (This will also clamp them with your natural lashes nicely.)
To ensure the longevity of your Cupid Beauty lashes, and to get the most wears as you possibly can, please take note of these tips!

Removing your lashes:

Be gentle when removing your lashes! It is best to remove your lashes starting from your inner corner, slowly peeling away towards the outer corner.
    Cleaning your lashes:

Once your lashes have been removed, it is essential that the remaining lash adhesive on the lash band is removed. This is best done with a pair of tweezers, by holding the lashes in one hand and gently pulling the adhesive away with the other.

If there is makeup on the lashes, you can use a cotton bud and some makeup remover to gently rub it off.

NOTE: Avoid oil-based makeup removers in this step. Although oil-based products will remove the adhesive from the lash band, it is difficult to remove oil from the lashes themselves. This is not ideal as it will affect the adhesiveness of your lashes during your next wear.

    Storing your lashes:

You can use the original Cupid Beauty lash case to store your lashes. Place your lashes carefully into the tray, following the curve of the casing.

Placing your lashes in their original case helps to retain their original shape, and ensures that they are ready for their next use.

    GENERAL TIPS
    • Please do not wear the lashes to sleep! Remove and clean them after each wear, and store them back in their original cases to ensure maximum longevity.
    • It is not recommended to use mascara on your strip lashes. Mascara may clump the lashes and even damage the fibres, which will significantly decrease their lifespan.
    • Do not soak the lashes in water or makeup remover, as this will ruin their shape and curl.
