Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and general health and safety, Cupid Beauty does not accept returns for change of mind purchases. 

FAULTY ITEMS

For faulty items, please  email us at hi@cupidbeauty.co. Please provide your full name and order number, along with images of the items. Once we have approved your return, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. 

Please note that all returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date the parcel was received.
