• Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, except public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped!

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside Australia. Sign up to our mailing list or keep an eye on our social media platforms for any updates! 

PARCEL LOCKERS 

We accept Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses! Please ensure that you include the Parcel Locker number, as well as the street address to avoid any confusion. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery estimate via email.

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please feel free to contact us at support@cupidbeauty.co so that we can look into this for you.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Please note that customers hold all responsibility for providing the correct information for contacting, shipping and delivering purposes. Cupid Beauty does not hold responsibility for parcels that cannot be delivered, including non-deliverable or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

In a case where incorrect information has been given, please email support@cupidbeauty.co immediately. We will do our best to assist, however there is no guarantee that the order can be amended or cancelled after it's been placed.
